This truly was a horrible workshop. Way too much time was spent with the leaders attempting to help one of the attendees when he couldn’t see the course. Then they got bogged down trying to explain and re-explain the math, especially when it came to the gross up method. My mediation certification training course had a section on how to do the C/S calculations and it was miles above this workshop. We should have been going through multiple different hypos which wasn’t the case. If I’d taken this workshop without any idea how to do the calculations, I believe I would have left this workshop not at all confident in my ability to do it. I’m sorry.
