Too long. Some info my not be accurate. The statute provides a % for income over 10k and appears to be silent when there is more than 6 children.
Enjoyed the presentation!n
Very informative and helpful in understanding nuances of calculating child support in Florida, which I do not mediate yet. But it did seem there were some time-consuming aspects such that this could have been as effective and a bit reduced in time.
This is an issue in every family law mediation with minor children.
Hands on substantive class. Would have liked for the entirety of the program to have been seen visually.
