Course Purpose: This course, in alignment with Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidance, is meticulously crafted to enhance transformational leadership competencies and to equip leaders with the skills required to stimulate and guide organizational change effectively.
Program Description: Spanning a period of three months, this dynamic program offers a series of development resources and opportunities, totaling approximately 25 hours of instruction and Coaching. It will be delivered through weekly sessions, each lasting approximately 2 hours. The program is designed to be flexible, accommodating the busy schedules of senior leaders. It includes a variety of enriching learning activities such as executive practicums, executive coaching, participation in professional communities, and leadership rotations.
