The purpose of the course is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills they need to serve as effective EEO Investigators. This course satisfies the EEOC requirements for New EEO Investigators as dictated by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) as presented in Management Directive 110 and 29 CFR Part 1614 .
The Equal  Employment Opportunity Commission requires that new EEO Investigator, receive a minimum of thirty-two (32) hours of EEO Investigative training prior to assuming investigator’s duties.  Management Directive 110.
In this training students are introduce  to the investigative tools and techniques they will use as an Investigators in order to collect and discover factual information during informal discrimination complaints.
