This presentation is a survey of Landlord – Tenant law and covers: typical landlord – tenant disputes mediated at small claims courts (County Mediation), mediators’ conduct during mediation, general expectations of tenant and landlord under common law and modern law, the landlord requirement to address The American Disability Act, and the Fair Housing Act.

This course is set with a quiz at the end to qualify for the “interactive” format required for mediator’s re-certification credits.
