As with any Small Business, Law Offices must also keep up with technology to survive. Therefore, The Florida BAR  has added the Technology training to the CLE requirement.  This course present Essential Technology requirements and consideration for the small business and the legal office. This course main focus and emphasis is on essential technology Support the advancement of the Small Business and the legal office. The course provides an overview of business and technology required for today’s small business, research tool programs and tools for the legal practice and the security of digital data. The course also refers to the American Bar Ethics rules for compliance when utilizing modern technology and research tool to support the Small Business and the Legal Office. Various forms of technologies will be highlighted to expose students to the emerging technologies impacting their business.
