Continuing Education Credits
Arbitration Training (pre-conference training):
- CME: The arbitration training is not eligible for CME credits.
- CLE: Approved by The Florida Bar for 5.5 general hours including 1.0 hour of legal ethics.
Elder Mediation Training (pre-conference training):
- CME: Eligible for up to 4.0 hours including 4.0 hours of cultural diversity (CD), 1.0 hour of mediator ethics (E), and 0.50 hour of interpersonal violence (IPV).
- CLE: Florida Bar CLE credit will be sought.
Conference:
- CME: The Conference is eligible for up to 9.6 hours including 1.2 hours of mediator ethics (E), and 1.2 hours of interpersonal violence (IPV). Additional mediator ethics (E), interpersonal violence (IPV), and cultural diversity hours (CD) are available via individual workshops.
- CLE: Florida Bar CLE credit will be sought.

What is a “Virtual Conference”?
A virtual conference can be attended from the comforts of your home or office! All interested attendees with a reliable Internet connection can easily attend by simply logging into a virtual session.
After registration, you will receive a link to a secondary website which includes a detailed schedule of events, including all plenary and break-out sessions. When the conference starts, you can virtually enter a session and attend.
