In this session, we will explore the various facets that encompass cultural diversity within the context of conflict resolution and how, as successful conflict managers, we can face the issue head-on and learn how to better our understanding and approach of our own belief systems.

I learned some things in this course that I was unaware of. The instructor made very good points.
The lecture was very comprehensive and I appreciated the anecdotes with the reference to American Culture, i.e. movies and history.
This course was very insightful. Ms. Smith took the time to carefully navigate into different cultures, and help the listeners understand why certain individuals from different backgrounds share the belief systems that they do. This course will help mediators when they are encountered with someone from a different ethnicity and cultural perspective to reach peaceful resolution with perceived adversaries.
