This self-paced workshop consists of three (2) self-directed workshops. Each workshop is interactive and has short quizzes to reinforce the information.
  1. Negotiation Skills: Through this workshop participants will be able to understand the basic types of negotiations, the phases of negotiations, and the skills needed for successful negotiating. The Negotiation Skills workshop will give your participants a sense of understanding their opponent and have the confidence to not settle for less than they feel is fair. Your participants will learn that an atmosphere of respect is essential, as uneven negations could lead to problems in the future.
  2.  Generation Gaps As older workers delay retiring and younger workers are entering the workforce, the work environment has become a patchwork of varying perspectives and experiences, all valuable to say the least. The Generation Gaps workshop will help participants understand the various generations present at work. Both the young and older workers will have ideas and suggestions to offer, which will help the organization thrive in the marketplace. Learning how to deal with the Generation Gaps at work will help you become a better manager or co-worker.
