The EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) Concepts: Neutral Mediation Course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to serve as neutral mediators in workplace disputes related to equal employment opportunities. This course delves into the fundamental principles of EEO laws and regulations, emphasizing the importance of impartiality, confidentiality, and fairness in resolving disputes.
Participants will explore various mediation techniques and strategies tailored specifically to address EEO-related conflicts, such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
