This course teaches about how people react to diversity, and it can expand our thinking regarding diversity. Furthermore, this course shows how diversity intelligence can affect people’s empathy and compassion.
I learned some things I didn’t know. Being a veteran at employee relations, I see that there are things I can improve on. I gave a 4 because of the audio.
The course was interesting, however, the sound quality was poor in that the speaker kept cutting in and out.
VERY INFORMATIVE INFORMATION
The content and presentation was great – quality of the recording made it difficult because it kept skipping. I tried different devices and all had the same problem.
Thank you for the feedback. I am glad that the content proofed to be useful. I will have our IT have a look. Perhaps we will make another recording.
