Learners must achieve an average test score of at least 70% to meet the minimum successful completion requirement and qualify to receive IACET CEUs. Learners will have three attempts at all graded assessments.

SPHR® A minimum of four years of experience in a professional-level HR position with a master’s degree or higher, OR A minimum of five years of experience in a professional-level HR position with a bachelor’s degree, OR A minimum of seven years of experience in a professional-level HR position with less than a bachelor’s degree
